Damage Excess

Groups AA/A/B/C/D/E: AED 3000.00

Theft Protection is included in CDW. This reduces your liability if the vehicle is stolen (subject to an excess).

SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver ) per day–To reduce the Damage Excess ZERO.

The  cost is given below;

Groups AA/A/B/C/D and E: AED 45.00

Tyres and Windscreen are not covered by SCDW.

The traffic laws in the UAE are that any damage caused must be covered by a police report;

otherwise an insurance claim cannot be made. If the customer does not obtain a report, SCDW is

invalid and customer is responsible for all costs. The person driving the vehicle when the

damages were caused must obtain the police report.

Punctures, tyre damage, wheel caps, aerials and windscreens are not covered by insurance,

even after paying SCDW unless the damage is caused as a result of an accident and the client

has obtained a valid police report. Off-road driving renders the insurance invalid even after paying SCDW.
